Welcome to InstantPick! ये Terms of Service ("Terms") आपके और InstantPick के बीच agreement को define करते हैं।
1. Acceptance of Terms
हमारी website या services का use करके, आप इन Terms को accept करते हैं। अगर आप agree नहीं हैं, तो कृपया हमारी services का use न करें।
2. Use of Services
आप agree करते हैं कि:
- आप 18 साल या उससे अधिक उम्र के हैं
- आप accurate और complete information provide करेंगे
- आप किसी illegal या unauthorized purpose के लिए services का use नहीं करेंगे
- आप हमारी website की security को compromise नहीं करेंगे
3. Account Responsibility
अगर आप account बनाते हैं, तो आप अपने account की security के लिए responsible हैं। अपना password confidential रखें।
4. Product Information
हम accurate product information provide करने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन हम guarantee नहीं देते कि सभी descriptions, images, या prices error-free हैं।
5. Pricing and Payment
- सभी prices Indian Rupees (INR) में हैं
- हम बिना notice के prices change करने का right रखते हैं
- Payment order placement के समय process होगा
6. Order Acceptance
हम किसी भी order को accept या reject करने का right रखते हैं। अगर order cancel होता है, तो full refund दिया जाएगा।
7. Intellectual Property
हमारी website पर सभी content, logos, और trademarks InstantPick की property हैं। बिना permission के use करना prohibited है।
8. Limitation of Liability
InstantPick किसी भी indirect, incidental, या consequential damages के लिए liable नहीं होगा।
9. Modifications to Terms
हम किसी भी समय इन Terms को modify कर सकते हैं। Changes effective date के साथ post किए जाएंगे।
10. Governing Law
ये Terms Indian laws के अनुसार governed होंगे।
